Very helpful and friendly didn't take long to buy a memory foam mattress in and out in no time

This was our the first shop we went to for a new mattress. Claire came straight over to us, offered us a cup of tea, explained about the colours on the beds and left us to look (NO PRESSURE). When we had chosen the mattress we wanted everything was explained clearly to us & delivery was arranged for Friday. The other items we needed were readily available. The whole experience was so Friendly, easy and relaxed. We didn't even bother "shopping around".

We were seen by a colleague within 2 minutes of entering the store. I asked for a specific bed type and were immediately shown what was available and then shown other options on the computer

Our customer service guy Simon, was very knowledgeable and left us to test all the beds in our own time, even to the point of making us a cup of tea. He was always close by to answer any questions, didn't wander off to serve someone else making himself available. Excellent service was provided, he is clearly an asset to your company.

Simon was really helpful but not overbearing, he appreciated that we wanted to be left to browse at our leisure without him being with us for the whole visit, but also was available to offer information and answer any questions we had. We were able to spend time testing the bed to make sure it was the one for us.

We were given just the right amount of time with the assistant and on our own whilst we tried the beds. There was plenty of choice and there was a sale on.

the lady that assisted us was not pushy. she gave us time and space (and coffee). She was there for advice but left us to look around for ourselves without following us around.

The sales assistant took time to really listen to us and show us the products that we were looking for, she explained lots of differences between the options available and was very knowledgeable.

staff very helpful and friendly was offered tea or coffee. Was given helpful advise and information on what beds would be suitable.
