Staff (Julie) were very friendly, but not pushy for a sell at all. Their knowledge was very informed and gave me confidence to buy.

Friendly greeting on entering store. Staff were so helpful and I was not rushed or pressurised to place order. Brilliant.

The assistant was very helpful and knew enough about the products to help me narrow down which pillow i wanted. She then made me feel totally free to spend time getting used to the different pillows without crowding me. Some of your assistants in other stores have a tendency to 'pounce' on you which occasionally makes me a little hesitant to go in if I just anted to browse. Giving the client space but being there when a question needs answering is a fine balance and on this occasion the balance was perfect.

i was not to sure about the difference between the various items although i new what i was after there was a much larger selection than i was aware of.When I entered your shop i was met by a charming assistant called Jennifer who stayed with me when required but left me to test your samples. I did not feel as though I was rushed at any point she was extremely helpful and she was well trained on all items in the store without her help i don't think i would have purchased anything due to being confused

The staff were very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy Nicky helped us find a matress similar tonone we really liked but at a more affordable price

i was approached by a lady called Jennifer who was very friendly and knowledgeable, we explained what we were looking for and Jennifer was brilliant in the way she imparted advice, she showed us various different beds that would suit our needs and was ready to answer any question that we had. Jennifer is a real credit to the store and would definitely seek her advice/help next time we needed to make a purchase.

Karina listened to my requirements, made very helpful suggestions and was able to show me suitable options based on our discussions. Then all my other support questions were all answered immediately and in a very positive and friendly manner.

Staff were very friendly we were even offered tea and coffee. Staff were there to advice is and hand us pillows to try out the beds .
