From entering the store an assistant was avaible to give us guidance but did not shadow us as we moved around the store to look for what we wanted. The information provided on the different bed frames and mattresses was clearly presented which allowed us to view and choose what we needed easily and testing the different mattresses was made easy by the assistant who was on hand when needed to provide different pillow types etc for guidance and comparison. Obviously it is a large purchase value for a new bed base and mattress so it was important for my wife and I to feel that we were provided the correct information during our visit to the shop without feeling we were being put under pressure at any time to buy, this is what happened and it made the experience at Dreams very satisfactory.

The staff were very friendly and friendly. I was greeted on entry to the store and asked if i wanted a drink. Very knowledgeable staff member (Claire) and we got on really well. I will be going back to this store if I need any further advice or for another purchase.

The sales person that served me was very friendly and courteous but without being 'pushy' or 'in your face' and was very happy to help and suggest within her knowledge of the products on offer

There was no pressure from the assistant she let me look around at my own pace. A nice shopping day as I found what I was looking for . Thank you

Store colleague had good product knowledge and transaction was efficient. Delivery team were very good and gave useful advice on care etc,

Very charming and efficient assistant

We popped in on Monday to have a look at the beds and mattresses we were meet by a member of the Dreams team who offered as a cup of tea whilst we sat down and discussed our needs. We already had a good idea of what we wanted but the assistant maybe sure we were happy with what we had chosen. The assistant explained all the options and also about how we can swap the mattress if we are not happy. From the moment we were meet by the team we explained that we wouldn't be buying that day but this didn't seem to bother the staff. The next day we returned to store and placed and order for the bed and mattress.

Essentially my level of satisfaction was entirely due to the staff at the store- friendly courteous and knowledgeable- excellent !
