Dreams - Fareham

I spoke and dealt with Claire and Julie at the dreams store in Fareham. Both were incredibly helpful and supported me to find the best bed and mattress for my needs and price range. I would recommend them to my family and friends in the future.

Jennifer was really helpful and helped me get what I wanted She recommended really useful products The sale prices were very good and I found exactly what I was looking for

We were welcomed at the store and asked if we needed assistance and when we sai we would like to browse were shewn the product area asked for and left to do so. Questions were dealt with courteously and efficiently. Placing our order was done likewise.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Julie was very friendly a kind person very knowledgeable of all the products that we looked at she was very professional the ease of placing our order was brilliant we would definitely recommend to family and friends alike. Julie mad our visit and absolute pleasure.

The service was friendly and not pushy and the process was speedy and efficient.

WERE BOTH LOOKED AFTER FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED INTHE STORE UNTILL WE LEFT,THE EXPERINCE WE HAD IN BYING A MATTRESS WAS MADE VERY EASY,

It was the best bed store I found in quality/price, and the staff was very friendly, just think they should have more delivery options I will wait 20 days for my beds.

The assistant was very good at letting me try the different beds to find the right mattress and product that I required. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted when I arrived at the store.

Came in at end of the day but received full attention and service despite it being the end of the working day. Excellent
