We weren't intending on buying that day, despite the fact we really needed a new mattress, we had a browse and Julie approached us to ask if we would like assistance, we usually say no, however she seemed lovely and not pushy at all, so we told her what we were and weren't looking for, she showed us what was available and her opinions on the products and what she felt would be most suitable for us. After trying quite a few mattresses we found "the one" All the t's&c's were explained So my partner agreed we should just buy it, we then asked about the tempur pillows and she got us to try a few, and we decided to buy 2 dream cloud pillows, then we purchased the extra guarantee etc and removal of our old mattress. We were so pleased as we had waited 7 years for a new mattress, on my first pregnancy my partner promised us a new one, it didn't happen then my second pregnancy and now I'm 20weeks into my third pregnancy and am overjoyed at finally having a new mattress on its way. Really am so pleased with the service in store and how we weren't pushed into everything and how accommodating they were with the children etc Thanks

We purchased our existing Millbrook Adjustamatic bed from the Portsmouth Dreams over 12 years ago and needed help with a problem we were having with it. The people at Millbrook were unable or unwilling to help and when I asked at Dreams some time ago, no one had had any experience with our type of bed. When we went in last week, Neil, the manager knew exactly what we were talking about and told us how to fix the problem straight away. When we went back to make our purchase of new mattresses we were treated superbly and Julie made us a lovely cup of tea.

Julie at Fareham Broadcut was nice and polite. She gave us a lot of information about the mattress we needed. She let us try out many mattresses before we found the one.

The assistance I was given was excellent and informative. She was friendly but professional and I felt confident that my order would be exactly as I wanted once I had been given all the relevant information.

We were greeted when we walked in and were left to browse, which is always nice. Oliver then asked if we needed any help and his assistance was informative and much appreciated by me and my daughter. We placed our order with all the information needed and now look forward to the delivery. Customer service was first class.

The Sales Person was friendly and understood his products and what we wanted with no pressure

Ollie was very friendly and helpful. He allowed us to have time to ourselves to test the different mattresses and discuss which ones we preferred.

The sales person Julie went out of her way to help us out with picking the bed for the price we could afford . I'm disabled and Julie got us coffee and explained the difference in the beds also showed us the best price for our needs .
