Dreams - Fareham

I had previously bought 2 mattresses and needed to ensure the one I was buying was the same, it was no problem to look up the previous order.

The assistant Claire was very helpful and friendly, offered us a cup of tea and was available to answer questions without looking over our shoulders as we looked around. She was very good. Also the prices in store are cheaper than other shops from a web search and the finance offers are goods.

The staff and manager were so friendly and ordering the mattresses was so easy and the advice given on insuring the mattresses was easy and a brilliant deal which I took out straight away. I would highly recommend this store to all my friends' and family

We were greeted as we arrived and were given a choice of products on display using a colour coded system for the different types of materesses available .We were then offered a coffee and left to browse casually and test the various beds in an un-pressured environment. With our sales lady on hand to answer any questions and point out any special offers our decision and final choice was an easy one.

On arrivals to the show room we were greeted by a lovely lady who offered me and partner a cup of tea or coffee . Then we sent the next 20 -30 minutes looking around and testing out the bed . The lady gave us very good knowledgeable advice about the diffetent makes and types of mattresses . We got it down 2 we really liked and she helped us compare them . She was very patient and a great help .

We been to Dreams store quite a few times over a couple of years , one for our mattress replacement - twice for new pillows - finally this latest order for the ottoman due to the lack of storage spaces in our bedroom - which we are now very please with it- Thank you
