The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, the beds were laid out in a logical order so it was easy to test the different styles and bed firmness. We were offered coffee and help with any questions. Would certainly return.

I was very satisfied with the way in which my visit to the store was handled. I found the member of staff very helpful and very pleasant . I was able to make my choice of sofa bed with absolute ease and I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Sales assistant, Julie, offered help and guidance and then left us to look at and try mattresses and then returned when we were a little unsure. She gave us help and assistance whilst ensuring we had time without her to discuss and try.

We were allowed the time and opportunity to make our own decision without pressure which was appreciated. Then when required, there was knowledgeable friendly staff available to consult and assist in the completion of the purchase.

Neil was very helpful and personal to my mums needs and gave great information that she could take on board. She was given plenty of opportunity to try out the goods and ask any questions. Mum and myself enjoyed the coffee.

Approached by friendly colleague as soon as I entered the store, received brilliant advice for my personal needs. I was looking for a double bed for teenager with arthritis, and had a budget to keep to. Ordered the bed I wanted with some assisted advice and it will be delivered on my preferred date. Thank you.

We were greeted and offered assistance and refreshments. We did not feel pressured but the assistant was available and offered her knowledge and advice in a friendly manner. We took quite a long time as we were replacing all our beds but the assistant was available when needed, offered refreshments and concluded our order in a relaxed manner. We have not received our beds yet but are hoping and expect that all will be satisfactory when they arrive. We understood that if not satisfied with mattresses we are able to make a change if necessary within 30 days.
