I placed my order over the phone with your sales person Julie she was extremely helpful gave me all information required on description of mattress arranged for delivering to room and disposal of old mattress . The delivery men were extremely helpful as we both have disabilities right now husband in wheelchair and myself recovery from hip replacement they were excellent we were both very thankful and all staff s credit to your company

My husband and I went into the Dreams store in Fareham and approached by a gentleman called Simon. Simon, told us to have a diagnostic on the bed machine to offer us the best option for our requirements and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. Simon then made a list of the best options for us. Our budget was £1000. After showing us a wide selection of mattresses, Simon left us to discuss the options we had narrowed it down to. There was no pressure which was refreshing and we finally made our choice, within budget and superb customer service - Thank you very much Simon and I would like the feedback to be passed on to this gentleman.
