Greeted on arrival, asked what our interests were. Product availability was indicated, offered tea or coffee. Follow-up advice in response to questions was readily available. Sales Assistant was friendly.

I was not pressured on first arrival and greated in a friendly manner by Ollie. After understanding mine and my wife's needs, Ollie offered three choices assisting with any questions, he also catered for our needs with a warm drink. I was not looking to buy but pricing to buy in April, Ollie informed me of the fantastic financial offer to buy now and pay later, saving me time and effort as a second visit is now not required. Further we managed to pick our delivery date and book the removal of our old mattress.

The staff were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed or under any pressure.

Went to buy a pillow,so impressed with the store, we bought a whole new bedroom! Ollie, the salesman was so helpful,not pushy,left us to our own devices until we needed him. He explained everything well,it was a very smooth transaction. So pleased,we went back the next day and bought some bedding to go with the new bedroom.

The service was very good, as soon as I walked in to the store I was greeted by a lovely lady who guided me through my needs for a bed, she made me feel at ease and offered me a cup of tea which I declined due to being on my lunch hour and having limited time. She then handled my purchase in a very efficient but prompt way and covered all the details properly in the short space of time that I had. Extra praise should be given to her as she was struggling with a broken wrist but still managed to do her work 100%.

We were greeted and helped with our purchase. The store came highly recommended to us and it lived up to our expectations
