we made inquiries about item required, and were left alone to make our own choice, he also made my wife a cuppa tea, whilst we were looking. he again left us alone, until we required info , to which he explained to our wishes. very polite from all the staff. thank you

Very pleased that Claire (who also had an injured right hand, similar to my partners right broken wrist) took the time to discuss my partners needs and also my back problems. Claire offered us tea/coffee which was welcomed and drunk by my partner in between checking the mattresses. The different mattress products were explained and directed to the best ones to try-out for our needs.

Easy shopping without any problems

Highly satisfied with jenny who helped us on the first day then we went back saw her again and placed the order. Very good at her job and fantastic at customer service. Being a manager myself I saw good quality in her approach.

Informally greeted by Julie. She just strolled over in due course as opposed to being a vulture for easy pickings, (which then puts us straight off). She said cup of coffee or tea, just use the beds as you wish try different pillows to get the perfect match. Julie explained what bed she had and why but then went onto explain not every bed is ideal for each person, she then left us for about 15-20 minutes and came back to see if we had questions, which we did she then got a different pillow and we tried that. We explained we already had a memory mattress she said what she would rather have now was a Flaxby, we were in 2 minds so she explained go away have a think and come back hopefully. We spoke to Neil the Manager on leaving and decided he was the type of Manager we would use in our business. Excellent dialogue. We went for lunch, returned to store and paid for item. Now awaiting its delivery. Very welcoming store with excellent representatives, with proper knowledge (either that or very good with the flannel) .

Good customer assistance

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good range of products, the store is laid out well so you can easily view the products.

Eddy (the sales assistant) was helpful, provided coffee etc. He was easy to deal with.

We were greeted and welcomed into the store and without being pounced on by the staff we were given the time to look at our own pace and then provided with the assistance and advise suitable for our requirements.
