Julie assisted us in selecting our purchase and was extremely helpful. Friendly and courteous she was available to assist us yet providing space and time for us to discuss between ourselves and to try out the various mattress options. Our children were very welcome to play in the play area so we were relaxed and happy that they were playing and content. Overall we received good value for money, a relaxed customer environment and are very satisfied with our choice of mattress. We will definitely recommend the Dreams store to friends.

We welcomed in to the store immediately and offered a drink. Explained the colour scheme of the types of mattresses and then left to browse ourselves. The assistant, Julie gave us time to look but checked on us at regular intervals to see how we were getting on.

We had asked a saleswomen, Julie, for advice about buying a very supportive mattress - she offered us a coffee and spent some considerable time showing us what mattresses were available and let us try it out. Also ensuring we had the right pillows for added comfort. Delivery date at our request.
