I found the asisstant, Julie, very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and efficient in dealing with my order.

We were approached initially and when we said we were browsing we left to do this. A member is staff - Claire approached us to ask if we would like a tea or coffee, she then went on to offer advise and then completed our order. Claire was very friendly, approachable and helpful which made our visit quite easy.

The member of staff who assisted us, Claire, welcomed us to the store and immediately asked if she could assist us. We told her we wished to browse and she allowed us to do this. When we had had a good look (and lie down) Claire was ready to answer any questions we had. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable which made it an easier task for us.

Last time I bought a bed and separate mattress some years ago from Dreams I was highly satisfied, so I used you again.

The adjustable beds we looked at were new to the store and the workers done their best and worked well in finding out facts needed to know and explained the complications that were different on line.

Staff were friendly and talked us through the differences between the matresses and generally gave solid sound advice to which we took, we were offered a drink and different pillows to try when trying the matresses.
