The store manager was on hand to discuss our requirements and displayed extensive product knowledge. He also made me a cup of coffee which was very welcome. All available solutions were discussed and a sound recommendation made.

Brilliant customer service from Julie in the Fareham Broadcut store. Very knowledgeable and friendly, wasn't rushed at all and even made us a much appreciated coffee. We had to phone to get delivery date later in the week as promised call to us was not received, but again Julie was her usual efficient self.

Staff really friendly and knowledgable and not pushy. I obtained everything I was looking for with no fuss or hassle - if only visits to other shops were as easy!!

The sales person took the time to understand our requirements. And clearly new the products very well. She was there to answer all our questions. And offer her advice. But was not in your face. Just the right Amount of involvement.

Given great help whilst trying to choose our mattress and the assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products we looked at an we left the store knowing that we had been well served and had a good deal at a reasonable price

We needed a new mattress after 13 years. Obviously mattresses have changed a lot since then. We knew what we wanted but unsure of what type. We were lucky enough to have two managers in the shop when we visited and they were both helpful. We ended up with not only our mistress but the protector, pillows and duvet we got were all in the sale. We would definitely recommend the shop as we were by our daughter who had an equally nice experience when her and her partner brought their mattress from Dreams.
