We were very pleased with all the help that Jennifer gave us

Welcomed into store on arrival, offered hot drinks. Listened carefully to our requirements and showed us various options. Didn't rush us for a decision and Claire at Fareham branch was knowledgable regarding the products. Provided after sales care advice.

We were highly satisfied with Dom,we were approached in a friendly manner and immediately asked if we were ok,after establishing our needs he was very knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere in the store was friendly as were all the staff.

We were shown the different sorts of mattresses available, and a description of the types of filling and degrees of firmness, then it was up to us to try them out. We were free to take our time and under no pressure at all. The lady staff member was there to answer our queries, but was not obtrusive at all, which we liked.

The assistant greeted us, discussed what we were looking for, then showed us the choice available. We were free to try out everything, without being followed, which we liked, but help was there should we need it.

we were able to look around without feeling pressurised into buying. a very pleasant lady assistant asked us after a while if we needed any help. We explained that we were looking for a replacement mattress for a bed that we had previously bought there. She was able to look up the shop records and find the transaction and advised us which mattresses would be ideal replacements. We were then able to find one that suited us.

On arrival at the Fareham Branch we were Greeted very Swiftly by Claire, Claire is really lovely and talked us through the different mattress options, Explained the colors and offered us a hot beverage. She made us feel very comfortable and the fact that we were very relaxed helped us make our decision quicker. Really lovely service. Thank you

I am not the sort of person to buy the first thing I see , but Claire was so kind and helpful I bought there and then !! It has taken me a while to do this because I couldn't find my receipt . I came across it today when changing handbags and because I had been so impressed with Claire decided to do it now anyway .

Helpful assistant. Plenty of time to discuss options then plenty of time to look around and decide.
