Very good customer care and support, friendly staff, the only downfall is the delivery, I have to wait 3 weeks !

From the first visit to the store in Fareham we received friendly and helpful information about our purchase.After placing our order we were well informed about our order and delivery dates

I was highly satisfied with the overall service I received from Julie at the Broadcut, Wallington, Fareham Store on Sunday, 16th October. I was assisted by Julie who was friendly and professional and when asked a question she was confident in her replies. I spent an hour in the shop and was offered a coffee. I was still undecided and needed to visit a competitor and Julie who had given me some prices and what the delivery would entail. If money was no object I know I would have gone for the Tempur but having just moved, money is a bit tight. Julie gave me a card and her phone number and when she would next be on duty. I then visited another bed store but was not happy with the products and felt pressured into buying something I did not want. I left that store and went home. I made contact with Julie that afternoon and arranged to meet the following day when I would like to try out a few more products but knew I would be buying the one I had tested a number of times. I returned to the store on Monday, 17th and met with Julie who provided tea and biscuits whilst I tried a few beds but returned to my original choice and with Julie's help went through the paperwork and signed up.

Ther salesperson I dealt with was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. then left me to try out the beds. I wasn't rushed or pushed just given the facts and allowed tomake my choice.

Claire was very knowledgeable and friendly - the product was exactly what I wanted and she gave extra tips

The lady who sold us our mattress was very polite extremely helpful and helped us chose a mattress that suited us. Highly recommend her and dreams.

We walked in the store, Claire welcomed us and offered help. We looked at the products, we were advised of the differences between them, we selected our purchase, we discussed our options,we paid and we left. What a super experience.

We were made to feel valued and our needs understood. There was no pressure exerted and a nice atmosphere of relaxed friendliness prevailed

We received a very nice welcome and introduction to the store, and also the offer of tea or coffee. The assistant Jennifer was on hand to offer advice when needed without being obtrusive.

We were able to browse without being hassled by the staff, but as soon as we required help to select our product help was on hand, the information given was helpful and to the point
