I got what I was looking for at a competitive price, delivery when it suited me. The delivery men were efficient, cheerful and helpful as were the store staff. No stress.

A lady named Julie came over after just a couple of minutes looking around the store and asked if she could help with anything. We explained that we had had our matress for 11 years and it was time to replace it. We explained it was a Sleepeezee with 1200 springs? and she told us that Dreams make the equivalent bed and showed us the range. She fetched 2 pillows and allowed us time to try out a number of beds. She explained the difference between the bases (Classic etc) and the colours available. We quickly made our minds up and chose the Insignia 2000K mattress and Classic base in Blue. Julie sorted a delivery date for us and handed over the transaction to Dom? while she helped another customer. Very easy transaction

Your Dreams colleague Jaz gave me a lot of help without putting any pressure on me to buy. She gave me a validation code 06S. I did in fact buy a bed and mattress and she remained very helpful in two follow up phone calls .

The layout , which easy to walk around, coloured coded to let you know the differences in matresses, the assistance, very friendly even made us a coffee

The assistant came over and asked what product we wanted to look at, he then took us to the relevant area and described each of the mattresses, what was inside, springs etc, then left us to try out and come to a decision. Both he and the manager new there jobs and helped to us ta a satisfactory conclusion.

I was Highly Satisfied from the time we entered the store. I felt that as soon as I wanted to ask a question there was someone available to answer it and yet there was nobody standing around. We went towards the counter a pleasant young man was there to answer our question.

The sales assistent wasn't pushey she was very friendly and made me fill comferterbal
