Lady was very helpful unfortunately it is taking 3 months to have our bed delivered

We were made to feel very welcome and the calmness and product knowledge of the brilliant lady that helped us was second to none.

I was welcomed at the door and asked to put sanitizer on my hands.Then asked to try the machine to find what sort of mattress I needed.athena offered my some and myself a drink.she had all the knowledge of all the beds I tried.she was very courteous .when I had chosen my mattress .she sat us down at the desk offered us another drink,I paid and she thanked me and showed us out.

My partner and I were assisted by Ed from the Wallington branch. He was courteous and very helpful and, most importantly, left us alone to discuss our choices. He offered us water and listened to our requirements. He made us feel at ease and talked us through the process succinctly.

One of the best customer Service experiences we’ve ever had. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable about the products whilst being patient and no “sales speech” pressure which is a welcome change. She was so accommodating and offered different solutions to our queries which showed she had listened to our needs.

The one to one help we received with the store assistant Julie. Her knowledge was amazing of the products, very friendly and patient with us, and gave us lots of information about the products to help with our decision. If we need to products in the future I would actually return to this store and ask for her in person to serve us. Julie is a credit to Dreams.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Listened to my requirements and then showed me suitable products. Then made a recommendation, unfortunately this was unvailable in store but he showed me a comparable mattress and I was confident to go ahead on this basis. The mattress could be delivered within the week which was sooner than expected. I was even offered a bottle of water which I thought was a nice touch.
