Staff were extremely helpful

The lady was really helpful but not pushy with selling which I liked. She gave me the information that I needed in order to select the correct bed for my needs. I found the whole experience quick and friendly and would recommend.

I was approached immediately I entered the store and the Assistant Julie knew where the products were I was looking for.

Very friendly staff who explained everything to me and then left me alone to try things out for myself

A lady called Julie dealt with all of our questions and concerns and made extremely helpful and knowledgeable suggestions and advice. She was polite, attentive and gave us time (offering us drinks if we wanted them), and we felt a valued customer. The store itself was extremely clean and well laid out, with easy free parking which also makes a difference. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family. Well done.

Fabulous staff nothing was too much trouble Over an hour was spent with myself and my wife purchasing 2 new tv beds Walked out and had a chat with my wife saying what lovely staff !!! Cant ask for more to be honest a real credit to dreams Thanks again !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Live the Dream

the staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions about the product without hesitation.

the two assistants kept us informed in how the beds are made, and the life expectancy of each mattress, this helped us in our choice.

i am very pleased with the service and the product I have brought and Claire who served me was very accommodating .
