Julie was very friendly and welcoming. We felt we were being listened to and advised accordingly. We didn't feel pressurised to make a decision and Julie was very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice.

Whilst in store the staff were incredibly helpful, they were available whenever you needed them.and knew exactly what they were talking about. Not only this our daughter fell off of one of the beds and began to cry, one of the staff members (Julie) immediately came to see if everything was okay and then got a balloon for my daughter which helped to calmer down. I believe this went above and beyond what is required from a staff member, I was incredibly pleased and impressed with the service.

We required a new mattress for our bed and the staff were extremely helpful and guided us on suitable mattresses from your range. We did lay on a few and found the the one which was most comfortable for the both of us and good value for the money.

The member of staff was very friendly and understood exactly what we wanted explaining the different headboards in the coloured required.

Good service

Staff very help full on arrival put not pushy made you feel comfortable while making our choice. Had friends with us they were offered refreshments while waiting for us. Would not hesitate to return to the store in the future or recommend to family and friends.
