The sales assistant did exactly what we wanted, she gave us some brief advice and then left us to find what we wanted but was still available. She wasn't pushy.

We were welcomed immediately we arrived by Dominic. He was very tactful not pushy and we told him what we were looking for both of us had back trouble and wanted to be sure we were making the right decision. He took time and trouble his knowledge was v good explaining the difference of each mattress. We did have a budget we had found one of Silent Night mattresses in the Which magazine. But we found it was not available and probably out of our extended budget. I think he could see we were tired and worried we might make the wrong choice so gave us a cup of tea very welcome. We discussed details of each mattress and the differences tried several and decided on the one as per on the order. We give credit to Dominic, he is very pleasant took time and trouble he is a credit to your company.

Julia at Fareham was extremely knowledgeable. I telephoned the store after looking online and she was very helpful, so much so that I deliberately went in store to meet with her. I went in with my sister who has special needs and Julia in particular was lovely with her. The bed was for her home for carers to sleep on. My sister tried a couple of beds as I did. We placed the order and managed to book a quick delivery. I purchased the insurance package and therefore had a complimentary mattress Cover which happened not to be in stock. Julia arranged for a staff member to deliver the mattress Cover to my address and telephoned to ensure I was kept informed. The van driver rang as scheduled to give a timed slot. Unfortunately he delivered at the very latter end of the slot and my daughter had to wait until then. I would have liked them to fit the headboard onto the new one but to be fair they were not asked.

The staff were exceptionally polite and weren't at all pushy, allowing me time to try out the products that I wanted to try in my own time.

The staff were very friendly but professional. They. Did not rush us. They were very knowledgeable about what they offered.
