Very knowledgeable staff made the process very quick and easy.

We spent a long time trying out the bed with lots of questions but Dom was very patient and helpful even made us a cup of tea, there was no pressure ,he stayed with us but when he could see we were thinking he went away when we needed him he was back to us and nothing seemed to much trouble for him

I thought the sales man DOM was relaxed, no pressured, good product knowledge & had good humour

Friendly, informative and not over imposing. Left to try and consider with good and clear guidance when requested. We needed a really good mattress to support our daughter who suffers from joint pains.We hope that the top of the range, whilst paying a high premium, will be well worth it.

We initially called in the store on Thursday evening and was very well supported by a lady called Claire. During this visit we discussed the range of options and with guidance from Claire decided to purchase a Tempur mattress. We left the store with all the necessary information to decide on whether to buy outright or via 0% interest deal. We returned on Sat 27th and again found Claire who completed our purchase in an efficient/friendly manner. All in all a good experience, just waiting for the goods to arrive next Saturday.

The staff, Claire and Jazz, demonstrated a great knowledge of the products available, without pressurising us into any particular decision. They told us of their own personal experience of the products. We felt confident in making our decision based on their advice and also with the knowledge that we can change it in the event that we are unhappy.
