i previously purchased a divan set from dreams 2.5 years ago it is still in excellent condition and giving me a restful nights sleep when i decided it was time for a new divan set for my other home i did not even think about it i went straight to dreams Fareham where i purchased the other set i found the same level of experience and time given to ensure you obtained exactly what you wanted without doubt dreams staff give unparalleled levels of care in dealing with customers in a most dedicated way making you feel welcome and ensuring you leave happy. i am sure i will be back for a 3rd set at some time in the future.

We found the assistant helpful and friendly explaining our needs to find the right product

The beds were laid out well and we were advised the different coloured material drapes equated to the different styles. We were met immediately by a very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable assistant,I think her name was Julie. She gave advice, suggested some mattresses that would suit and then moved away to let us try them at our own pace. She wasn't pushy. We were even given coffee. Fortunately it was a quiet day so the store was very peaceful and relaxed. There were ample mattress to try but I would have liked more bed frames and headboards to choose from.

Friendly staff

The staff were very helpful and knew their products well, had a lovely cup of tea and tried out many beds until we found the one we liked, we are more than happy with the overall experience and will definitely recommend/ buy again from dreams fareham

Very polite courteous sales team who have knowledge and experience of the products sold.. Attentive but not pushy in their sales techniques overall a good shopping experience with a husband who would rather be out on his motorbike.

Julie was professional in always we were put at easy from when we entered the store. The quality of the items purchased and all of the extra insurance items covered was explained prior to the purchase and we were very happy with the outcome and will recommend the store to others and will definitely use Dreams again in the future.

The mix between giving customers time to browse and then interact was just right. We didn't feel pressured by the staff, had time to look around but when we needed assistance, the staff were on hand and available

Good variety of product to choose from and Julie had good all round knowledge of products to guide us through our purchase.
