Was very pleased with the service of the assistant vey helpful and wasn't pushy in anyway. Give us advice and on the products we were interested in.

A very knowledgable sales person who was hospitable by offering us a beveridge,let us know all about the products available, describing the differences and let us take our time to try each bed we thought we might prefer. Once we had chosen, delivery, removal and extended warranty was well explained and costs highlighted. In all a very satisfactory experience.

I have a broken Back. The insurance company failed to pay out when my current mattress bacame faulty within the 10 year warranty so I had no choice but to by another mattress. I went back to dreams, they were very understanding and gave me all the attention I needed including playing with my 3 year old daughter to allow us time to test the mattresses. Overall great experience, cant fault it.

The bed we were after was on display which is a great help as we couldn't understand the dimensions on the website. Also the mattress layout in the store with the different colours is a great aid.

I needed a bed for my son who had grown out of his child sized bed. His bedroom is small so asked for advice. We went to the shop twice as we couldn't decide on the first visit. By the second visit we were fairly sure of what we wanted but it helped to have Claire's knowledge. Order placed quickly and a delivery day chosen that suits us. Very happy so far.

very quick and efficient service. We were supplied with pillows and told to test the beds out. We were given instructions on how to recognise which beds were hard/soft mixture etc.
