Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, with a good knowledge of the products available to us.

The store manager that served us, she knew her products well and she just talked to us straight... no hard obviously selling techniques it just flowed well and knew what we wanted by just seeing how we used the pillows or matrice ect. We was made to feel at home from the moment we entered the door. We spent a could hour or so between two matrices and she helped us so much, explaining the 40 day return ect. Overall it was great shopping experience and it was our first time using dreams so I will definitely use in future.

Julie (Assistant) was most knowledgeable and answered any questions I had concerning the product in a prompt, courteous and attentive manner.

Claire the sales advisor was very informative and not to 'in your face' a pleasure to deal with. Order was arranged for delivery was clearly explained so was the return process.

as this a product you do not purchase every day I found the staff very helpful in explaining the different types of beds available and also found the colour coded chart helpful as well

We were greeted upon entering the store, we said that we were having a look around. After a short time the assistant , Dom, came and asked if we needed any assistance. He answered all our questions and showed us the product ranges. The environment was very relaxing and pressure free, and made our decision easy. If only all retail stores were like yours then shopping would be a pleasurable experience. Nearly forgot we were also offered a drink, thanks
