Julie knew what I was looking for and found the item straight away. The purchase was straightforward. I was directed towards the sale items where there were two cream duvet cover sets. I was tempted to buy one of these as it was an extremely good reduction in price. I may still go back and buy one.

The assistant Julie was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable on the beds. She went through the colour coding and explained the range of beds and then left us alone to make a decision but always available to answer our questions. The store was clean and tidy and other staff members were also friendly.

We went to the store to look for a new mattress, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, we felt welcomed in store and found it easy to look around and select a mattress. There was plenty of advice and information available to assist in our selecting the appropriate product.
