The young man who served us was very helpful

We were highly satisfied with the way we were greeted at the door offering assistance with our purchase . We found what we wanted within 15 minutes of being in the store and our purchase was complete within 30 minutes .we will be using Dreams for our next purchase of a bed.

On arrival at the Fareham store we were greeted by Claire who asked if she could help. She offered to point out the various types of bed available. At no time did we feel we were being pressured to buy. We were then left to take our time to browse and try out the appropriate beds. Once we had made a short list, Claire advised us of the cost of extras such as delivery charges and the recycling of our old bed as well as other relevant information. We found the whole purchase experience friendly, unobtrusive and very enjoyable and look forward to receiving our new bed on the agreed date.

Julie, the lady who served us was great. She had the balance of being supportive but not intrusive perfect in my opinion. I like to be left to think things through, make choices without feeling pressured or being overwhelmed by sales assistance with verbal diarrhoea. Julie was none of these things & made the experience pleasant (which I thought I'd never say) and simple. I ended up purchasing extra items such as pillows & a mattress protector which I had no intention of doing beforehand. Julie is an asset to Dreams and customers alike. My wife has shopped here in the past & I can see why we came back. I would definitely recommend Dreams at Fareham & will be returning in the future for our next bed/mattress.

Helpful friendly assistant

The assistant was very helpful and friendly, she knew the products thoroughly and was able to offer clear advice

The staff welcomed us and we're very friendly, excellent service.

Assistant Julie was welcoming and after explaining various products and answering all our questions left us to make out own decision without pestering. She was efficient and competent but at all times pleasant. Coffee was good as well.
