Julie very friendly and knew what she was talking about suggested buying two of all accessories to save mucking around when changing the bed clothes after washing good thinking

We were in need of a single bed for our daughter. The choices and assistance we had was outstanding full of informations and solutions to any problem raised. Customer service was brillient and more focused on customers budget rather than selling products. The store had all the products to suit every customers budget. Sale made it easier while the military discount also made it cheaper on my budget. Thanks Dreams.

Friendly and helpful staff. No high pressure sales. Allowed us to browse without stalking :) We were offered a drink and were very knowledgeable when we required it. Julie was great :)

I had researched on line before I went to the store. I knew I wanted a medium/firm pocket sprung mattress that was reasonably light to lift when making the bed ( i suffer from back and shoulder problems and this was one of the main reasons for changing our present mattress, which is very heavy). The assistant Dom directed me to the mattresses which suited my needs and I made my choice. I was also impressed that Dreams offer 40 days to try and test the mattress that was purchased. Plus the option to have our old mattress taken away for a small fee.

We were helped in our choice of the right beds for us by a very helpful and very patient lady and decided not to look elsewhere. The whole ordering process after we had chosen our beds was fast and painless and the date given for delivery was our choice.

Julie was very helpful on my first visit, when I returned to place my order, the gentleman, sorry his name slipped my mind, carried on with my order, all the time crediting Julie, sealing the sale by informing me of my disability entitlement. They work as a good team
