We arrived and were treated by Edward who was polite and very helpful. He didn't push us to buy a certain mattress and gave us he options best suited to us and let us decide.Hespentan hour with us and we feel we have a purchase that suits us.

I went to the store with my mother who is hard of hearing. Ed therefore offered to remove his face mask and put on a visor so she could lip read. This was most courteous and very helpful. It was much appreciated.
