Sales girl was confident & obviously very knowledgable about the products. Coffee was good.

Jaz spent lots of time with me to understand the problems I was having and to recommend the best bed for me. I was hoping that I would receive a further discount as I'm still paying for the bed I brought previously before having to come back and buy a new one as the old mattress wasn't suitable

Julie was knowledgable attentive without being intrusive ,there was a good choice easy to find in a comfortable environment

I had to purchase a small fold up bed and I had to have specific measurements and the assistant Claire was extremely helpful showing me how the bed was easy to open and taking several measurements . Nothing was too much trouble for her.

We were given a warm welcome as we got into the shop. The female staff called Claire answered all our questions and cleared our doubt on one of the products we bought. Her explained was so clear and she knows what she was talking about. she was very helpful there at Fareham compared to the other Dream shop we went to in Portsmouth. Oh, we were even offered a drink, what a lovely team. we hope to save up and go back there to buy and replace our king size bed and mattress as soon as we can. Thank you Claire and your team.

The store assistants welcomed us, enquired about our reqmts and provided some advice, then left us to browse in our time. They offered us tea and coffee whilst we browsed and then were immediately available when we wanted to proceed with our order. The order process was clear and efficient and the assistant confirmed all details with us. She was patient whilst we made up our minds. Their product knowledge addressed all our questions.

She had a good knowledge of the products and I was satisfied with the quickness of being able to order and the product will be arriving quick.
