We received a warm welcome by Julie who made us feel valued from the start. There was no pressure placed on us to make a purchase and the difference between the structure of all the mattresses demonstrated were explained clearly to help us make the right decision.

From the moment we entered the store we felt valued and not pressurised to make a purchase. each product was clearly explained which was an enormous help to us in making a decision. As I am deaf it is sometimes difficult to understand what is being said but the sales assistant was very patience and ensured I understood all that she was telling us this was very much appreciated.

Welcomed by staff, but I did not feel pressured at all and looked round at my leisure. Once I decided what I wanted, the staff were courteous, making relevant suggestions regarding sprung slats on bed base

I was looking for a mattress for my 14 year old daughter. Julie came over to us and explained the colour coding and pointed out a few mattresses to try. She gave us a better pillow to use and then some suggestions for harder/softer options. She then left us to have a wander around while she made me a cup of tea - no hard sell at all which was great. When we had chosen the one we wanted, the mattress was in stock: ordered Sunday morning, delivered two days later on Tuesday morning :)

Sales assistant very informative and helpful

From the time we entered the store, we were given all the assistance we required from Julie. She knew the products details very well and allowed us all the time we needed to decide that we first of all wanted to buy during this visit and then gave us all the help necessary to buy the mattress that was best for us. While I was going through the payment details with Julie, other members of the staff kept my wife entertained with pleasant conversation, so that overall we came away feeling that we had had a very pleasant experience.

Dreams colleague's name who helped me was Colin. He was warm, friendly, listened to what I wanted and was able to show me the beds that I was looking for and had good knowledge of the products. I found the whole experience of buying easy and straight forward

Julie served us. We explained our needs and she helped us in every possible way. She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She never tried pushing us into making any quick decision and gave us all the options. Julie was very cheerful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even when we moved our goal posts. She even made us a cup of tea. She was never intruding, but always on hand and willing to assist. In short, she is a credit to your company.
