Found the bed we needed easily and found that Julie the sales assistant at the Fareham branch was very professional and helpful.

Given the right amount of time to look around without someone jumping on you as you walk through the door...and very helpful service when required.

Could not wish for better service from Claire. Always ready to answer your queries, re different kind of mattresses which helped to really narrow down what exactly was the right mattress for my husband and I. Every assistant was very friendly. There was no hard sell.

I did not intend to purchase a bed on this visit, although I have been scoping a new bed for the past few weeks. I was initially offered assistance, and was pointed in the right direction. I was left to browse peacefully and offered a cup of coffee. At this time I declined as did not intend to purchase. After perusing for a log time, I asked for more assistance and was given all the help and information I required. Claire was so helpful, answered questions, but let me make an informed decision on my purchase. An extremely helpful, pleasurable and non pushy experience - hence the reason I went ahead with the purchase
