Very quick friendly and efficient sales service from Claire, but without being too pushy. Options for delivery dates were very good with not too long to wait either. Would've liked to have got some discount sadly mattress not in any sale. But it's replacing another dreams mattress which is 8 years old and has served us well.

Claire listened to my requirements and was so helpful. I wasn't hurried or rushed whilst I was choosing beds. Sometimes you feel under pressure to make a purchase but this was not the case. I am extremely pleased with my purchases.

Julie - the sales adviser - quickly picked up that my 37 year old son had special disability needs - she was sensitive, appropriate and directed questions at him but also then double checked this with me in s very sympathetic way - excellent sales service.

The assistant knew the product really well. Made sure we tried all the different types of mattresses to be sure we selected the right product. Couldn't have been more helpful

My husband has a bad back Julie was very helpful with her advice on which mattress to buy. The other staff members were very friendly too.

Explained mattresses comfort and support best for us and bed design we required not pushed into making a decision gave us time to think about it before making a decision to purchase

Everything there was to be seen and tried, which we did. If we were'nt to sure about anything the sales person was there to be asked. The store was clean and tidy and a offer of tea /coffee was asked. Questions asked the answers were fully informative. We are now looking forward to our new mattress tomorrow. Thank you
