My visit was quick the sales person was polite knowledgable ,she listened to what I was looking for , where I needed it delivered to ,she advised and offered choice . Recommend the bedding extras all of which I purchased . The hole prosess was professional and made easy . Just how I like to shop , I feel that if more business was carried out like this today ,I would buy more shop more because at my age knowledge has told me some of the old ways are better than new!!!!! I have walked into your store seen and been shown what I would like paid for it on the Monday the 9th and it is being delivered to my bedroom on the Friday 13th of the same week . Thank you please start a carpet side of your business.

The store assistance Tam was excellent and gave us time.

Julie was very friendly and helpful but not pushy she gave us all the information we needed and answered our question. Then left us to try out the different mattresses at our lesure. A friend came with us and she said she will be shopping at Dreams when she needs a new matteress, because of the friendly and efficient service we received.

Simple, I informed Tam, ie the assistant, that i wanted to do another order of the bed which we bought last November and it was a doddle.

Julie was very aware of our needs but did not crowd us and left us to make up our own minds.

The customer service we received from Tam! He was friendly and helpful without being too overbearing. Offered us a hot drink while we were looking around and also had a good sense of humour. Good work Tam (and good tea making skills) .....remember there's 2 L's in brilliant!

The assistant Julie was particularly helpful and very knowleagable.

Served by someone who appeared to be very knowledgeable on the products, we never at any time felt pressured into buying.

The assistant Tam was very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to spend time explaining all the possible options we had.
