Visiting my local Dreams store, I was highly satisfied with both the initial appearance of the store; clean and easy to navigate. The greeting was extremely satisfying and polite, they even offered us tea or coffee.

I visited your Fareham store at 1900. I was set on a particular bed frame that looked great in your store. I was unsure about which mattress to choose, as I'd seen one elsewhere. I liaised with your colleague Claire - I was honest about the other mattress. She showed me similar examples, but I still preferred the other one id seen. I drove the 10mi and purchased the other mattress as I preferred it. Claire was understanding and we were only too happy to revisit and place the order for the frame. Claire was knowledgeable and although the order was placed at 1945 (with the shop closing at 2000), this didn't seem to phase Claire. She was polite, attentive and understanding to my needs. I work for the Ambulance Service as a Paramedic (something which Claire picked up when I gave my email address) - she was complimentary about the work I do. Overall, a swift visit but one filled with confidence and a nice approach.

Fantastic service. From the moment I walked in, found the exact bed and mattress I was looking for and Tam not wasting any of my time and putting the order through with extra sheets in less than 30 minutes. All in all, brilliant!

When we walked in, we were greeted by Tam, he was very polite and very helpful, he took the time to explain to us how the colours worked and when we explained what we were looking for, he pointed us in the right direction. I even got a cup of tea!

Claire the lady that served me in the Fareham Branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She allowed time for me to try out the beds and offered information on the promotions available to me.
