Julie very nicely asked if we would like help and she listened to what we wanted, making suggestions and getting Tempur pillows for us to use. After leaving us for a little while, she popped back to see how we were doing without making us feel pressurised at all. The staff apologised profusely for a family with bouncing children who hadn't been bothered that they were interfering with our testing of the beds. We were offered drinks and the whole staff were very pleasant, hospitable and willing to negotiate a price for us that we were happy with.

Claire, the Dreams Colleague, was extremely helpful. She remembered us from our previous visit three years ago, when she sold us a king-size bed. She was extremely helpful, and helped us choose a new bed for our guest room. Thank you Claire, it was a pleasure seeing you again.

The sales assistant, Julie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The products I purchased were very competitively priced and available for me to tryout.

Jennifer listened carefully and patiently to all our requirements. She showed excellent knowledge in answering all our questions. She made sure we were shown the options that she felt would suit our requirements. We felt we were not being pushed into choosing an option that was more expensive when it would not have suited our needs any better. We were given as much time as we needed to try out the different comfort levels of beds. At no time did we feel we needed to hurry ourselves. Again her advice was very useful in this aspect. The range of beds on show was very wide enabling us to consider divans across a wide range of prices. We did go away to look at two other salesrooms so that we could compare advice and prices. We did in fact fins another store where we could have purchased a similar specification Harrison mattress and a superior sprung base but decided to go ahead with our purchase at Dreams because we felt the customer service had been far superior. In addition we were impressed with the possibility of a 40 day change in mattress if we had chosen the wrong comfort level. The delivery time quoted was also likely to be a couple of weeks less. An excellent experience!

Unfortunately we can't remember the name of the guy that helped us pick the right matress, but we were very pleased with how he dealt with us. He'd give us information and then leave us to think about it. It didn't feel like we were pressured into making a decision. He also got us a memory foam pillow to test the matresses out properly which was a nice touch. Him and the other staff were friendly and we felt we could have a bit of a chat with them too.

We were greeted on arrival by Tam who was extremely friendly. We explained our needs and Herman through the store layout and showed us some options. We were given pillows to try and offered a tea/coffee. He let us try out some beds and then once we had chosen proceeded to sale.

Spacious showroom, well laid out, and prices in cheapest to dearest order. Representative was more than helpful, without being "Hard Sell" or "Pushy" He allowed us to choose our product, and told us to get back to him when we had decided. An excellent salesman, who explained the benefits of the product we had selected. When I return to the store, this is the man I would like to deal with. A pleasant visit to a very clean and well presented store. Thankyou
