Dreams - Fareham

The sales assistant was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the products on sale that we were interested in. She was not pushy and left us to make up our own decision. We have always been pleased with the Dreams stores and their delivery dates and times. The delivery drivers always polite and helpful.

All the staff were so helpful and help me in a good way and went away very happy. Had a laugh with them all in the shop

The member of staff, Julie, who took care of us really did take care of us and gave us plenty of time to investigate and choose our products. She and her colleague were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had put off buying a new bed by the fear of bedroom showrooms. Tam (Thomas) turned our fears into a pleasurable experience with his friendly, approachable manner. We had no idea what we were looking for and Tam was able to use his vast product knowledge to guide us through the various types of Bed/Mattress available, showing considerable patience and a, much appreciated, sense of humour, he gave us the information we needed to make the right choice whilst giving us enough space and time to think and choose. We are looking forward to taking delivery of our new bed very shortly.
