Made to feel very welcome by Julie, she was very attentive to our specific needs and being disabled, this is especially important to us. There was no pressure selling and Julie even arranged for the VAT to be taken off due to my disability. She arranged for refreshments while we spent time trying out the different mattresses. Overall, extremely helpful and able to answer all our questions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us a cup of tea and coffee and left us to discuss and decide what we wanted to do in private. The service was very good.

I am very satisfied by the experience although the questions on the product will only truly be a asserted after I have received delivery of product!?

The store was laid out in a way the was easy to navigate. Staff were very friendly from the moment we entered the store we were greeted with a good morning and then left to look ourselves before they came to check if we needed any help. We were not left with just one member of staff there were two or three different people that offered help and advice around the store. Additional products and service cover was not forced upon us but was all clearly explained for us to make an informed decision ourselves. once we had decided what we wanted to purchase the order and payment process was quick and easy which is refreshing change normally this process is to long winded.

I went to the store with no idea of what I wanted or idea of what types of products where on the market, things where explained to me in a way I understood, even got a coffee made for me, while the paperwork was being sorted

Warm welcome to the store, advise on how to use colour coding and location of available stock given straight away, then left to look around. When advise was sought staff were available and helpful. Helpful tips and guidance given freely but staff were quite happy to let you shop without being pushy. Sale handled quickly and although insurance was offered wasn't pushy. Overall a great shopping experience and Tam our sales person was great.

Jazz and Tamworth were very helpful in regards to disabled access for my sister. Offering support a drink to make her feel comfortable which made us feel comfortable. They both asked us questions about what we were interested in and items that they had to meet our needs. They were friendly and knowledge about the items that they had for sale. We are pleased with our purchases and felt they were a team that work effectively and efficiently together for all the needs of their customers.

We visited Dreams looking for a new King Size bed, we were given sound advice from Jennifer without the hard sell, which was refreshing.

Both staff members gave my husband and I a very positive experience. My husband is disabled so has particular needs that we explained to the staff who took us to their two suggested beds, then left us to try other beds until we returned to the second bed that they suggested which we then purchased. The short delivery time was surprising as we were given the option of 4 days away and on Good Friday. Also glad of the recycle option of the old mattress.

Extremely professional staff. Whole process was made a very pleasant easy experience.
