All the reasons outlined in revue it was a good shopping experience

Staff were kind and helpful, I had to do a comfort exchange and the staff were really helpful and efficient.

Julie made the experience relaxing and she was very helpful and had a good product kwlogde.

Good selection of beds in the Fareham store, well laid out merchandise and very easy to understand the different types of bed / mattress due to the colour coded scheme. We spent about two hours in the store choosing the right bed for us and all the time the staff (In particular Tam) were available to answer questions without being the normal salesman who stands on your shoulder pushing for a sale, Tam would come over talk to us and inform us about the particular bed we was looking at and then he would leave us alone until we would ask him about another bed, very friendly and professional customer service...Thank You Fareham, and as Tam reminded us there are two LL's in Brilliant......!

Tam, the assistant was welcoming and made sure he was aware of our needs, gave us options and the time to make our decision.

On arrival in the store we were immediately shown a good selection of of products within our price range . The whole experience was conducted in a highly professional manner with the display of an extensive product knowledge . The coffee and tea was also welcome!

My main reason for this was the friendly nature of the sales staff (Julie) who was able to advise with first hand knowledge of the product due to the fact she uses them herself. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The member of staff who helped us from beginning to end was Julie. Her product knowledge was fantastic, she talked us through the mattress technology, considered our needs and walked us through different products until we were happy but not once did she push the sale or try and persuade us to go ahead with a purchase or buy higher end items. With the bed frame she was very helpful and I would honestly say the overall experience with Julie was so very lovely that, although this particular store is a distance from where we live, if we were in the area and looking to purchase other items, we would not hesitate to return for her help. Friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding... I don't know how much more I can praise this lady. She was simply fantastic and very patient with us whilst we decided.

I have a daughter with ME and is in lots pain and spends a lot of time in bed and he lad I spoke to was a big help getting my daughter to try the beds out she could see I want to make my daughters lie as comfortable as possible
