Dreams - Fareham

My wife and myself were very happy with the attention given by Tam. He helped us through the process of the purchase. We had a very welcome cup of coffee during our visit. Will call again if we require any other bedding.

This was my 2nd purchase at this store having bought a 'barcelona'bed and mattress about 5years ago. On entering the store we were greeted in a friendly way but without being pressured. The colour coding of the beds/mattresses was explained and we were left to try out the range of mattresses. We were offered tea/coffee. The sales team were very helpful and knowlegeable and by the time we had made our decision, we felt like we were chatting to a friend rather than being sold something.

I was greeted pleasantly and asked if I wanted assistance. I declined, saying I wished to browse. The assistant outlined the colour coding on the mattresses, offered me tea or coffee and left me to it. When I needed help it was immediate, professional and friendly. I purchased two beds and felt the service I received was exemplary.

Because the gentleman that served me was very polite and read out all info correctly and even though my children was running around he was still very calm in fact calmer then myself very nice visit thank you Tam x

The sales colleague, TAM, was highly knowledgeable regarding all products discussed, extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our time in the store. Although the store was busy Tam made time to assist us in discussion regarding types of mattresses. The store was particularly clean and tidy and all members of staff were cheerful and helpful. This is our second purchase in this store and we will definitely return again as/when requiring further items.

Julie was very knowledgable of the products and very pleasant and helpful. She made it very easy for me to make my chose as to the mattress that suited my needs.

I was highly DIS-satisfied with my first visit to my local store (Havant) as the assistant was not at all helpful & similarly DIS-satisfied with your Customer Relations via your web site as I emailed you with my concerns & never even got an acknowledgement! However, because I had seen an ex-display headboard on sale in this branch, I revisited it & found a different member of staff who normally works at another branch (Fareham) - & she was extremely helpful, which is why I subsequently visited her branch & ordered through her.

A very good judgement from our sales assistant between the fine line of helpful oppose to pushy. Very helpful when asked a question and didnt try and sway us once we had made our minds up.

Just great customer service

Able to shop without any pressure by staff to make a decision. Staff were very helpful and encouraged us to try products and take our time doing so.
