Dreams - Fareham

We purchased from Dreams before and were pleased so went back. Store had a good variety and we were immediately show the products that met our needs.

The lady who was talking to us about the beds was very warm and friendly, she made our visit a success

Julie was friendly and approachable and very patient with us making our decisions. She provided all the information we needed from the many questions we asked! She was not pushy and allowed us to make our own decision.

Due to the fact that the store was nearing closing time I was not rushed and everything explained to me fully.

Claire who served me was very good and knowledgable. I first came in on the 8th to have a look and she took the time to understand my needs and requirements. I ended up buying a completely different bed than what I thought I would buy. Claire was exceptionally helpful when it came to choosing a mattress as I had made her aware that I did not know much about mattress as I was a first time buyer! Store was clean with an easy layout to see what I wanted. When I came back in on the 9th to buy the bed and mattress Claire remembered me and the products that I had been looking at. All in all a very good service!

We were not sure about which product we wanted and Julie was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose the right bed.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at the Fareham Dreams store for multiple reasons. I was warmly welcomed by Tam and other colleagues, the store was clean and tidy, Tam had patience with me upon being indecisive and I was offered a cup of tea! As well as professional and caring manner from all of the team I felt thoroughly well informed about products, availability, colours, prices; everything that I needed to know to make my final decision. The prices are completely reasonable for the quality of product (very happy with this), availability is spot on (everyone wants next day delivery) but 3 weeks is brilliant for the entire order. I will (and already have started) recommend Dreams in Fareham to friends and family.

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, we had our three year old daughter with us and the play area kept her amused and enabled us to make our choice without distraction. The staff were as interested in the safety and security of our child as we were during our visit and this matters to me. The showroom was easy to navigate and the products were clearly labeled to assist in making our final decision.

Julie Cole was absolutely amazing. My mum had come in a few days before and Julie was incredibly helpful and when me and my partner came in she knew exactly what we were looking for and the best choices for us and the price range. The customer service was impeccable and the offer of tea and not being rushed made the experience fully enjoyable and satisfactory.
