Staff very welcoming, new the products. Showed us various beds and explained differences in bed furniture and divans, also mattress types. Left us to browse then asked if we had any questions. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff friendly and polite.

Extremely friendly shop assistance with the knowledge to assist us with our needs.

As soon as we entered the store the sales assistant approached and offered her help. She was very friendly, but not pushy. She offered refreshments giving us time to look around and offered her knowledge when we ezplained our requirements.

Friendly expert advice, given space to think resulting in a sale.

We were guided to the mattress that suited us very quickly and we were led to and offered other products ie pillows, sheets and duvets which we purchased. We found Julie very experienced and understood our needs.

We needed to buy some new beds and mattresses but were unclear which mattresses to go for. The staff were very helpful ( especially Julie ) who made our choices much easier. I must admit I was not looking forward to the process, but the store in Fareham made this visit very pleasurable and easy. They supplied us with Tea & Bisquits as well. All in all very good customer service and would not hesitate to go again and recommend to friends and family. Well Done !!!!

Welcomed into store, asked what we were looking for and offered assistance. However, we were not 'badgered' by staff following us. Assistant very knowledgeable and showed various options - nothing was too much trouble and we were even made a cup of tea! There was no pressure and we were told to take our time in making sure our purchase was right for us. Would definitely revisit when we need to replace other bedroom items. Thank you.
