The member of staff who assisted us was very friendly and helpful without pressurising us. She very kindly made us a hot drink and gave us the space to try out the mattresses and discuss between ourselves what we thought of the mattresses. There were plenty of mattresses in the showroom and we were able to choose the one that was right for us. At no time did we feel any pressure to make a decision. Overall a very pleasant experience. If only more stores were like this.

We were served by Claire, who was very knowledgeable and pleasant, but didn't crowd us.

The staff that served me were very understanding of my needs, They demonstrated excellent product knowledge and were very clear with their explanations and guarantees, exchange policy and trial period. I never intended actually purchasing a new bed at this time but was so impressed with the product knowledge and information, I would have been a fool not to take this opportunity. Please convey my thanks and gratitude to your staff on this occasion.

We had made a previous visit and tried out beds and were not put under pressure to buy which we liked .we were given a cup of tea on that visit and also on this visit, which was very nice. We were then left to try out beds as we wanted to again without anyone hovering over us which again is what we like , then when we were ready the assistant Julie was straight over. I'm afraid if people keep hovering over me and trying to get me to buy something I don't care how much I want that thing I will walk out of the shop. We had bought our previous bed at Dreams ,and then we came back so that says something ! Hopefully we have chosen the right mattress but if not it is nice to know that we can change it in up to 40 days. All in all we are very happy with the service at Dreams in Wallington.

I went to the shop twice. Both times the member of staff was friendly, informative but not pushy.

Jennifer the customer assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain the different types of mattresses to us and narrowed the selection down to two types, one of which was the one we eventually bought. We were offered tea/coffee whilst we waited and during the transaction she explained everything clearly and concisely. My wife and I would highly recommend the store.

I was served by Tam, who had excellent customer service skills. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable but did not put any pressure on us to make a purchase.
