I received immediate assistance from a friendly assistant, she explained all the options to me without pressurising me into having anything I didn't want. She explained all the payment options, and arranged a delivery time convenient to me.

We were greeted straightaway by Julie, she explained the different types of beds available but did not pressure us into buying anything. Looked around and asked several questions these were answered and we were left to carry on walking around looking. When we put in an order it was nice and friendly and everything was explaned clearly. We were only looking for a mattress but as we were able to mix and match bases with mattress so we did just that.

Julie the assistant was very helpful but not in are face answered any questions we had when we asked her.

Gave us lots of time to ask questions. Asked if we would like a drink while we sorted out the finance. Tam was a very friendly and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were welcomed into the store by Tam. We had my 85 year old mother who was with us and he offerred her a chair to sit on as we were looking at the mattresses. He also offered us refreshments (tea or coffee). Tam explained about the colour coding for the mattresses as we wandered around the store and Tam made himself available for our questions. We chose our mattress and then Tam gave us information about headboards. He explained about different fabrics for headboards we then selected ours and Tam placed the order. A very friendly man is Tam.

Found exactly the firmness of mattress we were after, with good side support near the edges

My Wife and I were looking for a bed for the spare room. We have not bought a bed for many years so approached the experience with a little trepidation. We were very surprised that there was no hassle, the staff were there if needed, but we were allowed to try all the beds without someone trying to get us to buy. When we finally made up our minds, the service to order, pay and complete the details was quick, light-hearted and enjoyable.

We were not harassed by assistances just given the answers to questions asked and left to make up our minds. Selection of beds/mattresses were very good. Left to try out each one. When we were ready to order the assistant was on hand to take the order. He was friendly .
