The technicalities of different beds at the same price was clearly explained i.e. springs+gel or foam +plus gel.

I thought the service was fantastic, the assistant was very knowledgeable, and he wanted us to buy something that was right for us and not just trying to make another sale. He was brilliant, and when he did a hand over for a person to deal with the finance, he was making sure everything went smoothly and we were satisfied with everything. Would definitely be going back to dreams 😊

We were warmly welcomed to the store and were asked if we were looking for a particular type of mattress. The sales assistant gave us information on the type of mattress we asked about, plus gave details of other possible options. We were invited to try out as many mattresses we wanted to and to take as long as we needed. With each type of mattress, Claire made herself available for questioning, as well as giving information on the product.

OUR ADVISER TAM WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, POLITE, EFFICIENT, AND DID NOT PRESSURE US INTO MAKING AN INCORRECT DECISION. WE WERE EVEN GIVEN A CUP OF TEA !! ALSO ALL THE TEMPUR BED PRODUCTS WERE EXTREMELY WELL DISPLAYED AND EASY TO TRY OUT
