From start to finish, our assistant Edward was just fabulous! We loved the sleep evaluator which helped to analyse the best firmness for us, and Edward then made tweaks to his recommendations based on our circumstances.

Ian has learning difficulties and the salesman was very calm and took his time with my brother and spoke to him as the bed was for him Very pleasant gentleman

Friendly staff and the bed that measures you weight etc was very good

i have brought a few items from dreams over the the years but this experance was the best i had Simon who helped me was very good he new his stuff the advice he gave was spot on and he was happy to answer everything i asked he must be a valued member of staff to you well done Simon and well done dreams

Nice big store, the sleep machine gave us confidence and is a great way to start the choosing process. Rob was extremley helpful and gave us time and space to consider our options.

We were helped by the store manager, he was incredibly helpful. He spoke with us and listened to what we wanted and showed us the beds suited to our needs. He was interested in meeting our needs rather than just being all about getting the sale. He was personable and friendly. Overall a good experience all round.
