Dreams - Fareham

When we entered the Broadcut store Claire offered to assist us. She was not at all pushy and made herself available to us should we need help. She was able to show us the area where the beds were that she felt we would be interested in from the information we gave. We were offered a cup of tea while we browsed which was a nice thought. Once my husband had tried the adjustable bed with the Tempur mattresses there was no going back, he had to have it! Claire made sure we had everything we needed and Jaz took us through the payment process. All in all a very friendly group of staff who made us feel at home. Thank you!

We asked ,were shown, we tried and was explained the difference between pillows. We paid and went home happy

We were greeted by Claire who offered help but wasn't pushy, which we liked. We were offered a cup of tea and placed our order with Jaz. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. All the staff were friendly and polite.

Jas was very helpful and answered all our questions and even sorted 4 quotes so we could go home and double check

We made an initial visit and were very well looked after. We then visited other bed shops where I was made to feel uncomfortable trying out the beds, and being pushed for a sale. We even visited another dream shop as it was by a competitor and my favourite mattress was with dreams, so wanted to test it again. They didn't have the mattress. We returned to fareham, and again treated so well. Let us spend as much time as we wanted and gave us a suggestion on an alternative bed after discussing a competitors bed. In the end we decided to by everything from your store. All the staff made us comfortable especially Claire on our first visit and Tam on our return visit.

Our visit followed time spent on your website but in purchasing a replacement mattress we were keen to determine one which suited us in practice. The staff at the Fareham branch, and in particular Julie, could not have been more understanding or helpful providing the right balance between service and allowing us time to contemplate.

The item that we were looking for was easily found using the shops colour system. The price was the same as found browsing the internet.

The staff very friendly, helpful and understood what my requirements were.

Julie who was our main assistance kept a close eye on our progress through the store and seem to know when to leave us and at at what point to return. She had good product knowledge which she communicated clearly and in a very relaxed manner. At no time did we feel under pressure to make a decision to purchase which we appreciated. All members of Staff were very friendly and courteous. The Fareham branch seemed an efficient and well run unit.
