Dreams - Fareham

The store had 3 models of the type we wanted and we were informed by the sales assistant that the one had better quality and build. We accepted this and c hoice of mattress. Very good.

Dreams assistant, Claire was most helpful. As soon as we had walked into the store, we were offered assistance. We declined as we like to look round on our own. Claire understood this but did point out the colour system and to ask for any assistance if we required it. We were even offered a cup of coffee or tea,which we gladly excepted. We felt we could wander around making our own decisions before making any final ones. All staff were cheerful, helpful and most understanding when asking for tape measures, pens and paper. All in all, a VERY enjoyable experience.

Our visit to the Dreams Store was highly productive due to the Customer skills of Claire who helped us out no end, she was very friendly, polite and courteous offering very good advice. From now on we will have sweet dreams when to toddle off up to bed

Friendly staff available to answer all questions. Staff did not push themselves but left us enough space to leisurely look around. Good availability of product and flexible delivery dates
