It was quick and easy to find the mattress that we liked. The staff were very helpful and not pushy.

The assistant, Tam, was very knowledgeable about the various beds and took time to understand what I was looking for before recommending several different beds to try. He listened to my feedback and was able to very quickly recommend the bed that he thought would suit me the best. I tried a couple of others after this one but his advice was spot on and I purchased the one he recommended. He was very friendly and helpful throughout my time in store and I would highly recommend him to other customers. His Christmas trousers were the icing on the cake! As a customer, I am quick to complain when service is bad so it is only fair to point out what a great customer experience I had during my visit. Thanks Tam, you were brilliant.

very helpful in the shop and the the 2 deliverymen kristian and callum were so very very helpful and understanding of our needs . can you please thank the 2 chaps so very much . its nice to know in this day and age that people will go ant distance to help thanks again.

Claire was very informative and friendly, she even made us a cup of coffee while we were looking . We were shocked to discover that delivery and collection would be nearly another £80 , when we were spending in excess of £1500. We were ready to leave the purchase until we were told that the delivery charge would be waived. We still have to dispose of our old mattress.
