Tam was knowledgable and very helpful. He gave me all the info I needed to finalise my decision and encouraged me to take my time and get comfortable.

I was made to feel welcome and felt that the staff wanted to help me. They even offered to make a hot drink for me. The assistant was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products.

Claire was a great help in showing us the relevant products available for the specification we required.

The helpfulness of assistance in using right bed for me

Tam was a good guy and made the whole process really easy. Delivery was quicker then Next and Bensons for Beds

Sadly i cannot remember the name of the 2 women who dealt with me, but they were both great. They were both very happy and i could tell they had great chemistry between them both. It was nice having 2 members of staff you werent just selling me something. In alot of bed stores, even other dreams.. straight away the staff are on you asking what you want whats the best price. Let me look first dont jump at me. And these 2 dealt with me perfectly.

We were given details of all beds, encouraged to take our time testing each bed, all questions were knowledgably answered. No pressure was put upon us. Once we had made up our minds all financial aspects were discussed. Our transaction was processed efficiently.

Having looked at the Dreams website I had an idea of which bed I wanted. The store was well laid out, the bed easy to find and the assistant most helpful.

Claire the dreams colleague at the fareham store was very helpful during my visit. She knew exactly what I wanted, showed me the product I was interested in, it's features and use, and available colours. Nothing was too much for her and she was very patient when I couldn't choose between colour options!
