Claire was very helpful, she answered all of my questions, and wasn't pushing to get sale which was great as I'm always put off when I feel I'm being pushed to buy something. She was very friendly and welcoming as was her colleague.

The salesman was highly knowledgeable about the products and cared about our specific needs.He was happy to spend as much time as we needed and was able to make suggestions and give us alternative ideas.

Everything about Tempur mattress was explained to me without any pressure to perchace. There was a most friendly atmosphere. I had been into dreams on a previous visit and had same experience.All together a very relaxing experience, especially as I was alone

On entering the store I was greeted by Tam who listened to what I wanted and showed me plenty of choices. He was very friendly, helpful and polite, without being pushy and persistent and helped me make, I think, was the right descision.

Our sales assistant at the Fareham Branch was Tam, he was Scottish. I was born in Scotland. We all hit it off straight away with Scotland and football talk, had many laughs throughout the visit, he had great customer service skills and is a credit to Dreams.

The beds were colour coded which I found very helpful in choosing the right mattress for my particular needs. The assistant was very hepful and her knowledge was invaluable which enabled me to make the right choice for my needs. It would help if there had been a lift in the store for disabled people as negotiating the stairs can be a bit tricky.

Our experience was enhanced upon arrival by the very pleasant greeting we got from Tam. He was an extremely professional assistant who shared a wealth of knowledge on the products available, once he gained a clear understanding of our requirements.

Julie was honest and very knowledgable on products and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The manager was also really friendly and helped us find the deal we could afford with a quality product .

We felt welcomed and at ease to look around at our leisure, without feeling pressured. It was easy to see what we were looking at, and were also offered a cup of tea. Thankyou
